This yoga, hiking, trail running & healthy food event will inspire you to step into a healthier lifestyle overall. Our mission is to help you live a full and balanced life - to nourish your mind & body with nature, movement, delicious food, fun and connection. You will leave Nourish Festival feeling invigorated and with clarity - ready to take your life to the next level!
Classes will be held inside and out with hikes and runs being led on Red Bird Hollow, an easy 3-mile gravel/dirt trail.
Breakfast & Lunch Is Included.
