Join Heather Feather and Michelle Leigh Klingler for a fabulous week of yoga, hiking trails and Sleeping Bear Dunes, kayaking, swimming, relaxing on the beach, visiting vineyards, sailing and eating delicious food!   Omena, Michigan is a beautiful little town 45 minutes North of Traverse City and located in the Leelanau Peninsula.  Adventure abounds in the area and we can't wait to share it's wonder with YOU!!  Reserve your spot now with a $500 deposit!  Pricing includes accommodations, daily guided hiking and yoga, 2 meals/day, kayaking & paddleboarding.

SCHEDULE:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Day 1 (Saturday): Arrive, enjoy dinner, a glass of wine and bonfire on the beach.  
Day 2 (Sunday): Rise and shine with yoga on the beach OR church at historical Omena Presbyterian Church followed by a delicious breakfast. Walk into the town of Omena for lunch at Knot Just a Bar and get to know this unique & adorable town that will be yours for the week!  Enjoy a free afternoon of relaxing on the beach with a book, kayaking or maybe a nap! Restorative Yoga & Meditation, a healthy dinner and bonfire will wrap up the evening.
Day 3 (Monday): Rise and shine with meditation followed by breakfast.  Head to Sleeping Bear Dunes and enjoy a full day of hiking the dunes and along the beach.  We will have lunch in Glen Arbor and enjoy shopping in the town. We will return to the house for Restorative Yoga, dinner at the house and a relaxing evening.
Day 4 (Tuesday): Rise and shine with yoga on the beach followed by another yummy breakfast!  Enjoy the late morning and afternoon at leisure. You can choose to relax at the house, chill on the beach with a book, take a walk to town or on an awesome local trail, go kayaking or all of the above!  We will head out for an evening sail on Traverse Bay (optional) and dinner out.  This will be a fun and exciting adventure! Return home to relax and wind down for the day.
Day 5 (Wednesday): Rise and shine with meditation and a delicious breakfast.  We will head out for a local hike and return to the house for lunch.  Enjoy wineries in the late afternoon and wrap up the evening with a picnic dinner and sunset in Leland, Michigan.  
Day 6 (Thursday): Rise and shine for a walk, yoga and meditation.  Enjoy breakfast and a free day!  You choose your own adventure on the last day!  Revisit a town you loved, go pick up that wine you wanted to take home, enjoy a kayak, hike or relax on the beach. We will enjoy dinner and a bonfire at the house for our last evening and reminisce the weeks adventures!
Day 7 (Friday): Rise and shine early to walk followed by yoga and mediation.  We will enjoy a closing circle and a lovely breakfast before departing for home. You will leave feeling amazing!!!
