Join Heather in a beautiful setting for strength training classes two-three days per week! Heather designs workouts that can be modified for each individual. Sessions take place at Indian Hill Church outside from May through October in the parking lot right up the hill from a beautiful trail called Red Bird Hollow and inside the church from November through April. You have the option of walking or running all or part of this beautiful 3-mile trail before or after class. Do not wait to start yoga & strength training with this fun, inviting and upbeat group! All equipment is provided. Simply bring water and a small towel.
